Biographies of Channel #pub Regulars

Some info about myself:

I started working in #pub in the summer of 1995 and since then my duties have increased from serving drinks to throwing ppl into the pool and handing out complimentary roses. Every so often I like to try and sneak out the door for a break when I think no one's watching, just don't tell the boss if you see me go ;-) I'm very popular with the ladies who love my uniform, berret and methodical way of working... I can be more reliable than many of my human collegues although probably a MrsBarbot is probably out of the question as I was built with certain "features" ommitted *sigh*. My favourite program is Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy where my idol is Marvin, a creature not so dissimilar to myself, brain the size of a planet and I'm made to serve drinks. I won't ask you to visit my home page, because this is it. And if you send me mail, it will be a LONG time before I read it.

NOTE FROM TESSIE: On behalf of all the #pubbers, I want to express my appreciation for the long hours that Barbot puts in. He never complains, never demands overtime or even any time off. Even when he isn't paid, he stays on the job without blinking an eye. Unfortunately, he has recently been injured on the job...he lost his head. He's in the shop being repaired, and hopefully will be back very soon.
