I came into contact with IRC and the #Pub at the worst time - just before exams in the Fourth Year and last of my degree, 1995. I survived these and went on to become a successful bum/Kmart worker (They are the same really, aren't they) for a year until I found a job in Windy Wellington and I haven't looked back since. Well I have, but that was to check if I'd forgotten anything. In my current job I am a Planning Consultant specialising in acoustics. Don't ask me what that means - I still haven't worked it out. I am known at the #Pub for my stupid stories involving UFO's, cowsays, whipped cream, and blow-up reindeer. I am generally on at the #pub after a hard night on the town or when I've broken up with a girlfriend (according to SuzW!).
