Why Sawdust? Because that's what's left over when I'm done with one of my hobbies, woodworking. I like to make wooden toys and sell them at local craft fairs. Besides woodworking, I also like to travel, hike and backpack, do genealogy research, and write about my family history. My affair with IRC began in 1995, when I first discovered the internet. Shortly after discovering IRC, I also discovered CuSeeMe...videoconferencing over the internet. Over the next couple years, I was op in several CuSeeMe channels, and was a co-founder of #cuseemerulez, where I am now channel manager, bot programmer, and responsible for the web page. In the fall of 1997, I decided to check out some other channels in IRC, and on Columbus Day, happened to run across the #pub's very own tessie! The rest is now history, and I have become hooked...:)
