I've always been very international in nature – perhaps a reaction to growing up in a small country town at the ends of the earth – so the Internet was a dream come true. I've lived in a lot of places – Australia, Africa, Europe – and travelled a lot as well, so being able to keep in touch with old friends overseas and make new ones through IRC has been a lot of fun. I used to teach English to foreign students but now I'm working in customer service for a cable TV company, which is a good job and pays the rent! Relle and I are currently living in Melbourne, Australia and loving it… this delightful Victorian-era city is about as cosmopolitan and arty as it gets!
